Short version: this site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Data is only processed where it's technically necessary to show you the site, or when you write to me.

Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Netlify automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) in server logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). A data processing agreement is in place. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Images delivered by Adobe
Some photographs are currently still loaded from the content delivery network of Adobe Inc. (cdn.myportfolio.com). Your browser therefore connects to Adobe's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. See Adobe's privacy policy.
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are stored by Netlify (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to me by email. If you email me directly, I receive the same information. I use it only to answer you, and delete it when the conversation is over, unless legal retention periods apply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Cookies, fonts and local storage
No cookies are set. Fonts are served from this website itself, so no requests go to Google or other font providers. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device and never sent anywhere.
Links to other platforms
Links to Instagram and Behance are plain links. No data is sent to these platforms unless you click them, after which their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just email me. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Austria that is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at.
